Own garments & stuff

In Las Vegas

At Customistic, you are welcome to bring in your own apparel for customization. While we do offer this service, we recommend purchasing your garment from us whenever possible. We know exactly where our products come from, how they’re made, how they’ll react during the printing process, and which decoration methods work best on each garment.

When you purchase apparel from us, a portion of the garment cost also helps cover the occasional replacement if something unexpected happens during production. If you provide your own garment, we simply can’t replace it if an issue occurs.

Important Information About Customer-Supplied Garments

  • We’re one of the few print shops willing to decorate customer-supplied garments. Many shops won’t because of the additional risks involved.
  • We cannot guarantee perfect results or accept responsibility for your garment. We produce thousands of custom items every month, and while mistakes are rare, they can happen due to equipment, materials, or human error.
  • Printing on customer-supplied items requires acceptance of these risks. We cannot process personal garments unless you agree to our waiver.
  • Our garment pricing includes replacement risk. When you purchase apparel from us, part of the markup helps cover garments that occasionally need to be replaced during production. That protection does not apply to customer-supplied items.
  • Our waiver covers both equipment and human error. Whether it’s a machine issue or one of our talented t-shirt ninja fairies having an off day, unexpected mistakes can happen.
  • Think of it this way: If we sell a hoodie for $31 and you’re only paying $19 for printing on your own hoodie, we simply can’t assume the financial risk of replacing your personal garment. If you’d rather avoid that risk altogether, we highly recommend purchasing your garment directly from us.
